Putting away the Bluefin gear for now. Our sights are set on warm water fish next. Possibly Wahoo or Yellowtail!

Glassy seas and great weather here traveling down on our Beck / Emerson / Wagstaff 7 day!

We have new shorter trips on line for the weekend after we get back departing Friday July 20 and Sunday the 22nd.

Will report tomorrow,

Long time friend, crewmen, passenger, and father Dave Dunham passed away earlier this year. His daughter Julia picked off a beautiful Yellowfin Tuna to start off the morning

Hope you are proudly looking down smiling today Dave.

Today we were able to try our hand at Yellowtail. Fishing was far from easy. The Yellows ranged in size with some waves of fish being 8-12 lbs and other groups coming through in the 20 to 30 lb range. We did manage to set most of the smaller ones free and tag the bigger ones.

Exciting day, but had to work for the larger fish.

Will report tomorrow,

Had a nice day of fishing today. Great weather and conditions. We had to work hard for our Wahoo and Yellowtail but the ones we did land were very nice grade.

Hopefully the Yellows bite a little in the dark. Wish us luck!

Also we have a 1.5 day trip leaving on July 20th that still has openings, jump on it to try your shot at some quality local Bluefin!

Will report again later,

Had another great day of grinding away at Yellowtail and Wahoo.

The Wahoo are still around, they are now on live bait better than the trolling jigs and casting lures. There was also a nice shot on quality Yellowtail in the dark, so you may be going to bed late or waking up early if you are on an upcoming trip!

Working up tomorrow,

Great day heading up!

Today we were able to find some Yellowtail to pull on. Good fish around, however it seemed that the water was a little too cold for them to bite good.

Will be prospecting off shore tomorrow.

We have a 1.5 day departing this Friday that still has openings. Perfect weekend trip to not miss work!

Still heading up today. Prospecting for Tuna.

Limited loads and culinary excellence is a huge factor in every long range fishing experience. From 1.5 - 23 days we always keep the standard set high!

Here we have veteran crewmen Chris, nick name (Slider) dishing out some sliders on a recent 1.5 day trip for an afternoon snack, right before the delicious final night Filet Mignon dinner. Slider has been doing this since the early 90s and still has the same fire as he did back then. Right on Slider!

We have a day and a half trip departing Friday July 20th
